    • Working with the Contract Coordinator in sending out new contract notifications
    • Collecting licensing requirements from agents
    • Delivering marketing messages to agents
    • Design marketing materials
    • Assist the Tradeshow Coordinator in show preparation
    • Additional submission activity duties may be assigned


    • Must be currently enrolled in advanced education program
    • Strong organizational, written and verbal communications, negotiation, multi-tasking, data entry and decision-making skills
    • Requires a working knowledge of Word and Excel
    • Basic typing and computer skills
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Professional comportment with a strong sense of customer service
    • Experience in a customer service or call center position is preferred
    • Must be detail oriented and dedicated to quality task completion
